The 6th edition of Termalia unfolded on November 24 and 25 at Alma Health & SPA Retreat, an exquisite four-star SPA hotel nestled near Lacu Sarat, Romania.
Drawing in over 150 investors, proprietors, and managers from the Romanian SPA industry, the forum was a dynamic platform for discussing the integration of innovations and digital solutions, with a keen focus on streamlining work processes.
Plamena Bobeva, Business Development Director of TouchMenu, participated in the panel discussion “How the well-being industry is adapting to the ever-changing demands of the new generation of consumers.” Bobeva spotlighted the crucial role of Artificial Intelligence in delivering personalized, swift, and efficient services to SPA center clients by making an interactive demonstration, in which all the participants of the forum were involved.
The grand finale of Termalia was marked by a glamorous ceremony, where the innovative IT company TouchMenu was awarded as “Best Hospitality Digital Ecosystem 2023.”
