The modern 4* SPA & wellness resort is located on the shores of a natural saltwater and healing mud lake, in Lacu Sarat Resort, next to Braila city, in the South-Eastern part of Romania.

The premium resort is featuring:

  • a large conference center accommodating up to 1000 delegates

The property is spread over almost three hectares with facilities located at a distance from each other. TouchMenu has brought all these facilities closer to the guests. By placing displays with QR codes in all public spaces and hotel rooms. The solution was implemented with guest directory function, reservations and a-la-carte orders in the Allegria Restaurant, appointments at the Alma Health Center & Alma Wellness Center. A digital guest satisfaction survey is available throughout the entire guest journey.

PeakTure Hotel Bucharest – Transforming Service & Guest Experience

PeakTure Hotel is a newly re-branded hotel in the heart of Bucharest, just a few minutes walking distance from the Old City Center. The charming boutique hotel features 67 rooms and suites, conference center and a mini-spa area.

TouchMenu placed its QR codes in the hotel rooms, at the reception, in the lobby, as well as on the tables in the breakfast area. From any hotel room, guests can order from a digital room service menu, report issues or send an inquiry directly to the reception with just a few taps on their device. Direct ordering from the lobby bar via QR code saves service time for operational staff. Other three restaurants in Bucharest owned by the same company have also been integrated into the TouchMenu platform of the hotel, with the possibility of booking tables at any of them.
